Restoration and renovation of a historic building formerly “Bardini Complex” in Florence (FI)

The project involves the restoration and renovation of an historic residential building situated on the hills surrounding the center of Florence, a XVII century palace with finely decorated ooms, splendid views over the city and a series of private gardens between the building and the hillside. Minimal and necessary interventions which include new openings, small changes in heights and the inclusion of an elevator that will connect the different levels of the building provide a high level of comfort by keeping features and identity of this palace. The building is divided in seven high- end apartments with their original decorations, their restored gardens and extremely refined condominium spaces.
